Through meditation, we must practice the art of connecting with the Supreme and live in the world while in a state of bliss. Then, we will be able to experience the best of everything – good health, success, prosperity, love, good relationships, happiness, peace and bliss. A positive mental attitude is a must to experience all these beauties of life and human birth.
𝐁𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝. We often reiterate problems in life. We complain, harp on and explain in detail the shortcomings in life, how other's behaviour has negatively impacted us and how things are not going as per our wishes and plans. Positive thinking is about looking for the silver lining in the cloud. It is looking for that ray of hope and creating a way out of the troublesome situation. It includes exploring and evaluating alternatives and weighing down options. Focus on finding the solution, work towards finding the cure rather than ranting on about the disease. The thoughts that run through our mind constantly create vibrations, which create the situations around us.
𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞. Gratitude is the magical phenomenon that can create mountains from scratch. Gratitude is the feeling of thankfulness and contentment. It gives the Universe a signal that you are happy with all the good things in your life and more of them should be given to you. Maintain a gratitude journal to keep track of all those aspects in life that you are happy about and grateful for. Always thank the Almighty, your parents, teachers and enlightened Master and Mother Nature. Pray and offer thanks before eating food, for that is a blessing that not all are blessed with. Thank God for all the luxuries in your life, your body, your comforts and all those people who serve you in any way.
𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞. It is said that a man is known by the people he is surrounded with. We are greatly influenced by the kind of people we associate with. So, try and connect with positive and like-minded people. Avoid gossiping and backbiting. Generate new ideas, discuss events and how to contribute to make this world a better place to live in. Be a good learner and imbibe learnings and positive qualities from others. Be a keen observer and always curious. This will stimulate positivity within you and make you a more creative and magnetic person.

Enhance your inner powers and motivation. Make conscious efforts, along with Meditation and Yoga to magnify the positivity within you. Avoid negative self-talk and filter out self-limiting thoughts and statements from your mind.

Avoid social media and electronic gadgets in the mornings. Utilize this time to wake up early, do exercise, yoga, Meditation and to charge up your body and mind. These activities balance your subtle bodies, mind and soul and energize you.
𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲. Recognize the reasons why you lose your cool, things you dislike and why you tend to lose your temper. Practice deep breathing and calm your nerves. Address these issues with love, patience, forgiveness and empathy.
