Good social health is about fostering harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships personally and professionally. A socially healthy person knows how to deal with people, enjoy the company of people and has a good network of people who love and respect him. To increase social health, one must socialize with like-minded people, harbour positive associations such as spiritual and other positive gatherings and move out of their comfort zones to volunteer for social, creative, festive and other events.

For example, depression (mental health issue) might tend to make you want to exercise less, socialize less and decrease your spiritual quotient. So, address that gap and regain health in the lacking area for a complete and balanced life. Only when these factors can be considered and implemented at the individual level, can we build a healthy India – a COMPLETELY HEALTHY COUNTRY.
