Endurance is about strength put in for a long time and Power is about immense effort put into something for a short period of time. Endurance is about patience, fortitude, acceptance and stability. Power is about potential, competence, ability and vigor. Physical exercise, healthy food habits, timely sleeping habits, Meditation and Yoga and positive mental attitude increase endurance and power in an individual.
𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗲 is one of the best ways to boost your stamina and increase endurance. Your body gains power, in turn making your mind more powerful and alert. Tiredness is part of the process of detoxification, which is essential to maintain a healthy body, mind and soul. Take up any form of regular rigorous workout or sport – brisk walking, swimming, cycling or any outdoor
sport to build up your physique and stamina.
𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 include consuming a balanced diet and having meals on time. Take proper nutrition – proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, fiber and water. Avoid junk food, aerated drinks, late night meals, eating while watching television and other unhealthy eating habits. Eat as much raw food such as fruits and salad as much as possible. Keep dinner light and early as much as possible.
𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 increase focus, concentration and mental strength.Your body needs at least 8 hours of sound sleep. Make it a habit to turn in and rise early, to be attuned to nature’s biological clock. Deep slumber makes your body heal itself and areas that need special care.
𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 are the essential food for your soul. Meditation allows you go into a deep state of relaxation and an altered state of consciousness that is more powerful than sleep. Meditation balances your energies; body’s needs and builds your stamina and power. Your cells regenerate faster, you heal quickly, you get rid of unwanted negative emotions and attain a positive and peaceful state of mind. They make you handle stress better and make you more energetic and youthful throughout the day.
𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 is a must for maintaining mental, emotional, social and spiritual health and well-being. Be a good conductor of energy and fill yourself with divine grace. Treat yourself with something that soothes and relaxes you such as music or any other hobby. Spend time with nature. Indulge in self-help and motivational books and videos to build your mental endurance and power.
