Make your life successful with managing conflicting emotions || Yoga of Immortals || Ishan Shivanand
We often have conflicting thoughts. There is a battle between our minds and hearts regarding ways to approach a situation, react and solve it. These conflicts are a major reason for family discord, disharmony, bad health, unsound mind, improper decision making and all problems in life. The reason behind us having conflicting thoughts is that we do not know what we want. We have not been taught the art of creation and the law of attraction. So, we just go with the flow. If we do not make conscious efforts to clear our minds of all etheric debris and control our minds to #focus on our #goals, our life will be a mess. Our #relationships will be chaotic. Stress will be paramount in our lives. Conflict is destructive and leads to lower productivity and results.
To heal this, we must not aim at eliminating conflict. Instead, we must master the art of #creation, #visualization and #attraction. We must learn to channelize our energies and thought patterns. We must learn to manage our emotions and steer them to manifest our goals. Silence is golden. We must learn to stay #calm and composed, to magnify our powers. Absence of clarity is the main reason for all kids of conflict. Just like darkness can be removed by #light, similarly conflict can be resolved by clarity.
We must understand that we are #spiritual beings with temporary existence in this world. We have taken birth to experience this world through the human body. So, nothing is permanent in life except change. Everything is temporary and transient.
Learn to observe your thoughts. Notice what is the pattern they follow. Focus on abundance and giving. Never fall into the trap of scarcity and trying to take something which does not belong to you. There is enough of everything in this Universe for all. Monitor your thoughts continuously and assess whether they are being associated with positive feelings such as happiness, prosperity and joy or negative emotions such as sorrow, resentment, guilt, hatred, complaints etc. Our thoughts and emotions become our reality. We become what are thoughts are. So, bring your thoughts in alignment with your goals.
Change your limiting belief systems. Let your imagination run wild and not constricted to limiting thoughts of what your current circumstances are. For example, if you want to lost weight and become fit, then stop giving excuses of age, fatigue, #family responsibilities, hectic schedule etc. Change your limiting thought patterns to positive ones and discover ways of achieving what you want.
Visualise that you have already got what you wanted. Feel the #happiness and sense of #achievement as you would feel after your wishes are accomplished. Experience the joy and feeling of completion. Project a feeling of gratitude for the Almighty, the Universe and all those who care about you genuinely and have helped you in some way or the other to accomplish your goals.
Believe in your own powers. We all have infinite powers within us that are lying dormant for so long. It is only through #Meditation and Yoga that we can realize our true selves, our real potential and activate the hidden powers within us to become a force to reckon with. We have the power to dream and the power to manifest as well.
Form and trust your own decision-making powers. While it is good and beneficial to take opinions of others, one must rely on our own instincts and judgment powers. We must focus on attracting what we want from the Universe and not let outside forces distract or deter you. Let your imagination be free from all sorts of #provocations and #prejudices.
Own it. Take responsibility for your life, #actions, #reactions and #situations. Once you do it, there will be an immense feeling of peace and tranquillity. This will also increase your control on your life, thoughts and mind.
Patience goes a long way. Practice being patient at having your dreams fulfilled. Things take time. Remove all doubts from your mind. Believe firmly in your ability to manifest. Trust yourself completely. All answers and solutions lie within you. Be patient and learn to listen to your #inner voice.
Feel that your wishes are being fulfilled. Thoughts are empowered with #feelings and #emotions. You need to learn and unlearn few things to align yourself with manifesting your #goals. Be brave enough to imagine and dream. Reprogram your imagination to achieve those dreams.
Make your intentions your reality. Feel, think and speak about your dreams as real statements. Believe that they are for real. Do not question or doubt your goals.
Empower your goals with love. When the intention behind wanting something is superficial, such as selfishness, ego, false pride, wanting appreciation etc. then there are less chances of the dream to be fulfilled. The intention must always be very pure and full of love.
Contentment is beautiful. Feel that what all you have is enough for you. Feel contended in life and be grateful for everything that you have.
