It was a delight to meet, address and learn from the vibrant students of the Department of Agriculture and Institute of Management Studies at Banaras Hindu University - Varanasi. Together, we discussed the association of #mentalhealth with #career growth and mental #resilience of individuals, as well as the #economic and #rural development of India.
I’m grateful to Prof. Sujit Kumar Dubey, Director at Institute of Management Studies, for his warm hospitality and the kind opportunity.

During the sessions, the students were highly interactive, impact-focussed and solution-oriented. I’m sure that the University is enabling a bright future to the brilliant young minds.

  किसी को माफी करने का मायने क्या है? शिवयोग के साधक को क्षमा करने पर विशेष रूप से कहा गया है। क्योंकि जब कोई व्यक्ति किसी के द्वारा हानि प्राप्त करता है तो उसके मन में ईर्ष्या व्याप्त हो जाती है। इसलिए कई जन्मों तक उसे उस हानि का बदला लेने के लिए इस मृत्यु लोक पर विभिन्न प्राणियों का शरीर धारण कर भटकने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ता है। लेकिन हानि पहुंचाने वाला व्यक्ति माफ करने के बाद पुनः हानि न पहुंचा सके, इसके लिए सचेत भी रहने की आवश्यकता होती है। शिवयोग में स्पष्ट रूप से बताया गया है कि माफ करने का मतलब भूलना नहीं होता है कि आप उस घटना को ही भूलकर उस व्यक्ति को गले लगा लें। माफ करने का मतलब उस व्यक्ति को माफ कर उससे दूरी बना लें। क्योंकि अगर वह घटना याद रहेगी तो आप भविष्य में उस व्यक्ति के कृत्य से परिचित रहेंगे और सचेत भी। ताकि दोबारा वह व्यक्ति हानि न पहुंचा सके। हालांकि ये नियम हमारे परिवार के सदस्यों पर लागू नहीं होता क्योंकि हमें उनके साथ सदैव रहना होता है और वो हमारे सोल - ग्रुप हैं। #shivyogwisdom #shivyogprinciple #awareness #wellness #successmindset
